[XeTeX] FontFolio 11 and XeTeX...

Thanks for the link. It solved Palatino font problem:) However, I noticed that none of otf fonts use oldstyle numbers for footnote markers (which mathpazo font produce automatically). Jonathan said something about "faking" superscript numbers to get oldstyle footnote markers, but I really don't know how to do that. Any ideas?

It is diffucult to give any advise on this without some sort of
example showing how you mange to get bitmaped fonts. However, you
could use the OTF version of FPL Neu available at 
 (I cannot
guarantee the long-time availablity of this URL).
