[XeTeX] colour \specials not working with xdvipdfmx driver?

And if you run it on a shell, you will see a message:

** WARNING ** xetex-style \special{x:rulecolor} is not
supported by this driver;
update document or driver to use \special{color} instead.

I guess \special{color} is supported by xdv2pdf as well.
