[XeTeX] Using Gentium with XeteX

You know, if there never had come to be such a thing as boldface, I
think we would have few problems anyway. People got along without them
for hundreds of years. I would just use some other typeface, maybe a
bold one, maybe one not so bold.

Clarendon is a traditional 'bold' companion font but it probably mixes
with Gentium like oil mixes with water. :)
