[XeTeX] problem with outertheme and color of frametitle

Create a working minimal example without any decoration. If this  
works, then add some. If this fails, then read in the documentation  
about your effort. Preview or TeXShop 2 allow to search for strings  
in a PDF document. And Adobe products or xpdf can too.

Till Tantau provides some examples and solutions. Do you use any?

Are the results with pdfTeX and XeTeX the same? I think it's easy to  
setup a header with settings either for pdfTeX or for XeTeX. At  
runtime the engine decides which case is true ...
