hm... are you sure that the SVN build ist responsible for the
correct latex run? I have installed from SVN too but this put the new
hyperref.cfg in my gwTeX tree.
pc0430:/Users/alex admin$ locate hyperref.cfg
usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.local/tex/xelatex/hyperref.cfg
usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.texlive/tex/latex/config/hyperref.cfg
usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/tex/latex/config/hyperref.cfg
usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf-dist/doc/latex/vhistory/hyperref.cfg
usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf-dist/source/latex/latex-tds/tex/
hyperref.cfg
pc0430:/Users/alex admin$
even if I compile Ambika's example under TeXLive-2007 with this
setting:
pc0430:/Users/alex admin$ kpsewhich hyperref.cfg
/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf/tex/latex/config/hyperref.cfg
pc0430:/Users/alex admin$
the file compiles fine for me
I did not modify the TeXLive tree in any way.
