[XeTeX] problem with hyperref

Hi,

I have installed MacTeX-2007 on my Mac (OS X 10.4.10) and tried
inserting \usepackage[dvipdfm]{hyperref} in the preamble of the
XeLaTeX template provided with the TeXShop.
The hyperref package seems to be giving errors.

Can anybody tell me how to solve this problem?
