[XeTeX] Super/subscript

Well, I can say right off that I'm glad it's you and not I setting this 
text! My knowledge of all things TeX is not as current as it could be, 
but I think you could get there by making a \newcommand that would put 
some sizing command inside a \raisebox. P.
