[XeTeX] Drawing package for XeTeX in plain TeX?

Thanks for that - I thought from some of the mailings I was getting
yesterday that problems were due to the fact that I didn't have the latest
version.

I've just run the font cache command but I still get XeTeX crashing with
testfont.tex on some fonts, and with others it says it has created a PDF
although in fact it hasn't. I'm not really bothered about this since if I
use [ ] to go to the font file itself I seem to get the characters (though
not always in the position I'm expecting - but I'll work round this). As
far as I can see from the terminal output, the font cache command went
through the textmf-dist directories but didn't go near the fonts installed
in Windows (or anywhere else on my computer), so it's not surprising that
it's having trouble with them!

Not to worry - I'll get there eventually.

Best

John
