[XeTeX] Public beta (alpha?) test of PSTricks support in XeTeX

Here is my dvipdfmx.cfg file as requested - doesn't mean a lot to me!

I am also sending you the xdv file (corresponding to the .log file that I 
sent recently).  I'm unable to open it for some reason - either in PFE or in 
Word, both of which report that the path is invalid, even though I can see 
it plainly in the directory.
