[XeTeX] Hoefler Text and WordInitial and WordFinal swashes and fontspec

Howdy,

The contextuals asked for by Stephan Moye are WordInitial and  
WordFinal while these are LineFinal and LineInitial.

I like to match the size, at 10pt, to closer to what I like in  
Utopia. It certainly isn't necessary.
