	It might be a good idea, but:
	1) What should happen if you typo "..." as "...."? That happens often
and will look silly regardless of the font.
	2) I don't think there's a way to prevent symbols from being compounded
into a ligature without actually going down into the map file, is there?
So if you actually need three dots to be printed for whatever reason,
you're screwed unless you can replace the map file.
	3) Occasionally, "..." would be encountered in titles, for which one
might want to use very exotic fonts. What if one such font doesn't
include an ellipsis?
