[XeTeX] Traditional TeX ligatures once again

Sorry, I’m on a Mac and don’t have to map anything to use these key  
combos, but as the original poster works with Windows … (certainly  
there is a way to map characters to keys even on windows, but I don’t  
know anything about this).
