[XeTeX] include graphics: filesize difference

XeTeX (xdv2pdf) adds ICC information, pdfTeX compresses compressible  
graphics files.

Use sensible graphics formats like PNG, GIF, or TIFF. And use  
xdvipdfmx as output driver.
