[XeTeX] xetex needs testfontavailability file???

IIRC it is part of the "documentation and sample files" contained in
XeTeX_doc.zip which you can download from the XeTeX homepage:
http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/render_download.php?site_id=nrsi&format=file&media_id=xetex_doc_094&filename=XeTeX_doc.zip
