[XeTeX] fontspec doesn't like [cm-default]

You don't miss out on anything if you use [cm-default], except that  
the default fonts are Computer Modern, which don't have lots of  
accented characters or a unicode encoding.

As long as you select new fonts anyway, you're okay.
