[XeTeX] xetex and fontenc an IL2

xetex not, but xdvipdfmx yes. this is not problem with virtual fonts, this
is problem with TFM and alien encoding.

Do the missing glyphs č and ě really exist? A standard Utopia font

roughly speeking yes (in my font), but xelatex has problem find it (it's not
xelatex problem, i have only nonstandard requirements.


Do you get them when you leave away
