[XeTeX] fontspec package

When you say "the TeXLive distribution", do you mean one of the  
current test releases of TeX Live 2007? If so, fontspec should  
already be installed, I believe. You'd only need to install it  
yourself if you're starting from an older distribution such as TeX  
Live 2005.
