[XeTeX] xdvipdfmx and Type1 fonts

Well, that didn't happen. Is there an updmap out there which does
this automatically? The problem is, I could of course add the "-
s ..." manually, but I'd have to remember to do it after each updmap
invocation. That way lies madnes...

Yes, that works, thanks for the hint. If I don't find an updmap which
does The Right Thing, I'll probably just embed 2400dpi PK-fonts...
