[XeTeX] graphics inclusion

Not for latex (except you want to convert to PDF with dvipdfm or  
such), but for xelatex you should make sure that packages loaded use  
the dvipdfm related drivers. So

	\usepackage[dvipdfm]{graphicx}

should give better results with xelatex. In that case xdvipdfmx  
should be used as output driver with xelatex, which should be the  
default with TeX Live.
