Yes, but it probably has the "bold" bit set in the 'head' table (see  
the "Font is bold" checkbox in FontLab's main Names and Copyright  
panel), and/or a higher weight value in the 'OS/2' table (the  
usWeightClass field, see the Weight field in that dialog).

XeTeX considers several things when trying to decide which face to  
use; unfortunately, it doesn't always guess right.
