If you're interesting in relative sizes, you can say \tiny, \small,  
\footnotesize, \normalsize, \large, \Large, \LARGE, \huge, \Huge.  
Otherwise \fontsize{12pt}{14pt}\selectfont will change the font size  
to 12pt with a leading of 14pt.
