Hi,

Yesterday I updated TeX, ConTeXt, and XeTeX using i-installer.
LaTeX, ConTeXt, and XeTeX are working well but not XeLaTeX.
I looked up texmf.local/web2c/, there is a xelatex.log but not
xelatex.fmt.

At the end of the log file, I found

--------------------------
(/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/generic/hyphen/lahyph.tex
Latin Hyphenation Patterns `lahyph' Version 3.0b <2001/11/21>)
\l at magyar=\language20

(/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/tex/generic/hyphen/huhyphn.tex
Huhyphn - hungarian hyphenation patterns v20031107
! Nonletter.
l.33 .ad౱
            s
?
! Emergency stop.
l.33 .ad౱
            s
End of file on the terminal!
-----------------------------

Also, when I tried to run xelatex in the terminal, then I got the
following message.
------------------------------------
This is XeTeXk, Version 30141592-2.2-0.995 (Web2C 7.5.5)
file:line:error style messages enabled
kpathsea: running mktexfmt selatex..fmt
fmtutil: format directory `/usr/local/teTeX/shate/texmf.local/web2c'
is not writable.
I can't find the format file `xelatex.fmt!'
--------------------------------------

The tex file was compiled well before the updates.

Would you please tell me what to do?

Thank you for reading.

Regards,

Dalyoung
