[XeTeX] XeTeX 0.994a and fontspec 1.10 on Mac OS X and Lucida Sans fonts from Java

As mentioned in my response to Will the naming looks very consistent,  
spaces are where they should, dashes are where one's used to them in  
the PS names. Is the part after ``:´´ in the "unique name" meaningful?
