[XeTeX] Xltxtra.sty and \reflectbox command

You need to call

\usepackage{graphicx}

I also had to get the latest version of fixltx2e.sty to get things to  
work.

I second the motion to have a \XeLaTeX command. All those in  
favor... ;>}
