[XeTeX] Updated Linux packages

The XeTeX packages for Ubuntu 5.10 and SuSE 10 available from the  
"XeTeX for Linux" page <http://scripts.sil.org/xetex_linux> have been  
updated to version 0.994a, providing the same new features as the  
latest Mac OS X release (in particular, support for letterspacing,  
and pdftex-like page size controls).

As always, users are also welcome to build xetex from source for  
these or any other distributions, or even other operating systems.  
(The W32TeX port should be updated to the latest version shortly, I  
understand.) And if anyone wants to provide packages (rpm, deb, or  
whatever) for particular distros, please feel free....
