[XeTeX] geometry.sty FIX for XeTeX 0.994

Howdy,

Will xelatex processing really change a pagesize if geometry  
``assumes'' it's using pdftex? I thought the pages size settings had  
to be the same as those of dvipdfm? That seemed to be what the older  
geometry.cfg forced. Maybe I'm just confused.
