[XeTeX] stupid question: Simple TeX Installation tool for Mac OS X available?

You might like to try the MacTeX installer -- see <http://www.tug.org/ 
mactex/>. However, note that this does not currently include the  
latest xetex version; it should be updated within a day or two, I  
believe.
