[XeTeX] XeLaTeX 0.993, fontspect.sty 1.9a and Gray Letters

Turns out it wasn't in xdv2pdf, but in the code implementing xetex's  
\font extensions. This one was a small mistake that slipped in  
amongst a collection of changes for better compatibility with the MS  
Visual C++ compiler.... use of font-mappings could be affected too.  
(If you try and load a font *without* a font-mapping, after  
previously loading one *with*, I believe you'll see incorrect behavior.)

Anyhow, it's now fixed in the code, and a new release will be  
appearing sometime soon -- let's give it a few days to see what else  
comes up. Thanks for the report, and apologies for the inconvenience!
