[XeTeX] Xetex / Win32 : Missing fc-cache ?

And you have to expand that manually:

cd RootDirOfW32TeX
tar jxvf DownloadedDir/xetex-w32.tar.bz2

since a simple installer of W32TeX, "texinst755.exe", does not
at present expand xetex-w32.tar.bz2.
This will change soon.
