[XeTeX] Xetex / Win32 : Missing fc-cache ?

Hi,

I have installed Xetex (full install) under Win XP following the 
instructions I found in 
http://www.fsci.fuk.kindai.ac.jp/kakuto/win32-ptex/web2c75-e.html

It seems to work since I managed to compile one document with pdftex.

Now I would like to play with fonts, for which it is instructed to first 
run fc-cache -f -v on the console.

Unfortunately, fc-cache does not seem to be installed. The OS does not 
finds the program. It is not located in xetex directory tree, neither 
anywhere else on my HD.

What should I do  ?
