[XeTeX] permission error in .995 OS X

This problem only shows up if you use hyperref or something similar
to add links, bookmarks, etc to the output, and are using the
(default) xdv2pdf driver on Mac OS X. It does not affect xdvipdfmx,
and therefore Linux and Windows users are immune to this particular
problem -- but don't worry, they get their share of bugs! :)
The installer packages for 0.995 have just been updated to fix the
issue. The i-Installer package date is now 2006/08/24, and the
download page lists the .pkg version as "rev.D". (I also added a
couple of missing documentation files for xkeyval and fontspec to the
packages.)
The actual software is unchanged, so if you've used chmod +x to fix
the problem, you don't need to re-download and re-install everything.
