Look in the Subversion repository under TRUNK/texmf/tex/xelatex/euenc.
Sorry, I've just realized that the xetex-0.995 tag was inadvertently
made while Will was in the process of updating stuff, and it included
an updated fontspec.sty but not the (new) euenc files he's just
added. I should probably "downgrade" the tagged copy to accurately
reflect the contents of the actual binary packages I built.
(Or if you built from HEAD rather than from the tagged 0.995 source,
then updating to the *very* latest rev will give you the euenc files
as well as the updated fontspec; maybe you checked out a copy in
between the fontspec change and the addition of the new files.)
