[XeTeX] \reflectbox, \rotatebox and xdvipdfmx

I think they should work if you use the [dvipdfm] driver with  
graphicx.sty; or if you update xdvipdfmx to the latest SVN code, then  
it should support the x:... specials that the default [xetex] driver  
uses.
