You can try to use memoir in your XeLaTeX document and run xelatex  
instead of xetex ...


Neither Xe(La)TeX nor XeTeX have a documented option to reverse page  
order. The PDF output convertors xdv2pdf or xdvipdfmx do not have  
this option either. It would be nice if an xdvxdv would exist ... (à  
la dvidvi -r)
