[XeTeX] Problem getting XeTeX i-package

The site is now reconnected to the world. I haven't heard what went  
wrong, but it seems to have been a (physical) site-wide issue, not  
just that machine. Our other servers located in the same place were  
also inaccessible.

Apologies to those who have been frustrated over the past few hours!
