[XeTeX] "I can't find the format file `xetex.fmt'!"

With the just updated i-Packages, the problem also will not reappear.

It might be good to check your ~/Library/texmf for

	web2c
	tex/generic...language.dat
	fonts/map/.../updmap/*

and remove these as they might have been created in a previous run with 
the not-perfect i-Package.
