[XeTeX] xelatex.fmt not found after update

I did sudo fmtutil --fmtdir /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c  
--all but I suppose --missing would have worked. This was after I  
edited /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.local/web2c/fmtutil.cnf to  
uncomment xetex. Not sure why it was commented. I know I enabled it  
during install.
