[XeTeX] what did i do?

One error: it's not \empf{} (like "empfindsam") but \emph{} (like 
'emphasise').

One flaw: the italic (or other variant) font is not always 
automatically detected by XeTeX, it might need an extra declaration 
like Musa recommended.

For me both work, and \textbf{} too.
