[XeTeX] Hyphenation of "--" with tex-text mapping on

I'm sorry! I didn't see that '--' was "hyphenated" as '-' and '-' in 
the next line! Of course this does not happen in LaTeX, not even in 
German. It's just that '--' gets exchanged with a hyphen ...
