[XeTeX] Installation of xetex

OK.... it sounds like your fmtutil is finding a different "fmtutil.cnf" 
than the one the installer edited.

In Terminal, what is the output of these two commands?

	which fmtutil
	kpsewhich fmtutil.cnf

Have you possibly installed TeX using Fink in the past? That can lead 
to confusion, if some operations find and use the Fink files rather 
than those from i-Installer.
