The contents of /System Folder/Fonts are just font files, you should be 
able to copy them to a new place.

Font Book doesn't "export" installed fonts or anything like that, but I 
don't see any reason you can't move them manually. To install them on 
the new machine you can either go via Font Book there, or just put them 
into ~/Library/Fonts.
