[XeTeX] doc/samples available via i-Installer

there were other comments on placing the files in the default download 
folder or on the desktop etc. i think it is very bad practice. nobody 
would expect a tex distribution to be installed at random on the target 
platform. all linux distributions have rules too as to where files are 
supposed to be going. the fact that rules are not so strictly enforced 
on OSX (with no Mac system/app distribution yet) is a problem but app 
developers should not make it worse by putting files just about 
anywhere... :)
