[XeTeX] making a format file of ConTeXt using XeTeX

One other point: Is there a small copying error here, or is that line 
*exactly* as you've quoted it? XeTeX expects whitespace separating the 
three fields, so it needs to be

cmtt10 CMTT10 <cmtt10.pfb

or it won't be interpreted correctly.
