[XeTeX] Release 0.9a is available

I've posted new installers (both i-Package and Apple Installer forms). 
The two installers should now result in the same configuration (sorry 
about the confusion with 0.9!), and I think the \special bugs in 
xdv2pdf are fixed.

This release can also be used on a TL2003 base, although it is built 
primarily for TL2004.
