You need to use what's called in Font Book the "Display name" of the 
font (« Nom d'affichage » in the French localization). This name is 
shown when you choose "Show Font Info" (Cmd-I) in Font Book's Preview 
menu.

In your case: replace

	\font\test="LucidBriSma" at 25 pt

by

	\font\test="Lucida Bright Smallcaps" at 25 pt
