[XeTeX] XeTeX

Dear Adam,
Thank you for the very prompt reply. I followed your suggestion and 
have been able to generate a cont-en.xfmt. I suppose I put it in the 
folder with the format files and see how that goes. Not until after the 
Rugby match!

No pages of output.
