Have you installed the ConTeXt update after the teTeX 2005 install?
(Ah, I suspect you have---texexec is 5.2.4, so you're up to date.)
Does ConTeXt run with plain old pdfetex?
(I haven't tested the 2005 config yet, so I don't know what to expect!)

It's not finding anything ConTeXt-y. Hmm.
Quick debug step: create a temp directory and do this there:
xetex -ini "*cont-en"
What is output?
