[XeTeX] XeTeX+Tiger+OpenType bug

These two lines don't mean anything to XeTeX or any other TeX. They're 
just two reminders for TeXShop: use xetex as engine (binary) and open 
and save the TeX file in UTF-8.

These are not related to the (pure OTF?) font problems in Tiger ...
