[XeTeX] Typeblock moved?

Setting the document like this (latex test.tex, dvips -o test.ps 
test.dvi, ps2pdf test.ps test.pdf) in from the terminal results in a 
perfectly placed typeblock and trims.
The class with options is: 
\documentclass[b5paper,10pt,twoside,openright,showtrims,final]{memoir}. 
Mind that I don't use the package crop, as this might change some 
things with unwanted results.

When using the exact same file with: xelatex -no-pdf test.tex, xdv2pdf 
test.xdv, the typeblock is moved quite a bit to the upper-left corner 
as mentioned in the first mail of the thread.
