[XeTeX] Problems with B5paper (still...)

Dear XeTeX-users,

I still haven't been able to completely solve the paper size problem (cf. the thread some
weeks ago). The problem is that, though the paper size=w,h works well, the exact value of
width and height needs to be in postscript points or big points.
Working with the Memoir class I used the layouts package to get the stock height and width
of B5paper. This is 500.7685 by 711.3189 in points. Now, as 72bp's are 72.27pt's the stock
size of B5paper must be, 498.897628884bp by 708.6614125896bp. Although this seemed fairly
straightforward, my type block is still not exactly were it should be.
Probably I'm doing something wrong, though I don't know what...
So if somebody could give me the exact seize that xdvi needs for B5paper, it would be of
great help to me.

Regards,
Robert.
